What this app is
Together Events is the operator of this conference app. We build and run the app on behalf of conference organisers who use it as the digital companion for their attendees.
What we collect
- Push subscription endpoint — only if you opt in to session reminders. Stored to send you notifications before sessions start. Removed when you opt out.
- Browser cache — programme and event data are cached on your device so the app works with poor signal. Cleared when you clear your browser data.
- Server logs — standard web traffic logs (IP address, browser type, page accessed) retained for 30 days for troubleshooting and security.
What we don't collect
- We don't use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
- We don't require an account or sign-in.
- We don't collect your name, email, or contact details.
- We don't track which sessions you view inside the app.
Third parties
The app uses OpenStreetMap to render venue maps and Notion as the content source — neither receives personal data from your use of the app. Map tiles are loaded from openstreetmap.org when you view the venue page.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. To unsubscribe from notifications, use the toggle on the Info page or in your browser settings. For anything else, contact us at hello@togetherevents.uk.
